ACT vs. SAT: Which test should you take?

Preparing for college means buckling down and studying for those dreaded standardized tests. But should you take the SAT or ACT?

Some students are better suited for the SAT because it focuses on critical reasoning, while other students benefit from the ACT’s science section.

Big changes to the SAT coming Spring 2016

Just when you thought you had the format down, changes are coming to the SAT.

The reason for the changes, according to David Coleman, president of the College Board, the organization that creates and administers the SAT, is that the SAT and ACT have “become disconnected from the work of our high schools.”
